"MannikinsofHorror"FinallyMartininterviewsDrByron(HerbertLom)whoholdsRutherfordindeepcontempt.Byronexplainsheisworkingtowardssoultransferencewithasmallautomatonwhoseheadisalikenessofhisown,andshowsMartinseveralearliermodels.Byronplansto"will"hismannequintolife,andexplainstheinterioroftherobotisorganic,aminiaturisedversionofhisownviscera.MartinconcludeshisinterviewandMaxshowshimdownstairstodeliverhisjudgementtoRutherford. Byronsuccessfullybringshismannequintolife:itmakesitswaytoRutherford'sofficeandkillshimwithasurgicalknife.Then,MartindestroysthemannequinandseekshelpfromMaxReynolds,andDr.Starr'strueidentityisrevealed.
